We enlisted T&M to renovate our recently purchased bungalow. The aim was to build a kitchen extension and the whole property needed to be wheelchair friendly. Mark thought outside the box initially differing from architects plans and made suggestions about removing parts of walls to make the living area more open plan. It was great that he had other trades that worked alongside him such as electrician, plumber and window fitter, it saved us trying to find these things. We would recommend the team and were very thoughtful of our needs as we were living in the property whilst the majority of the work was carried out!!
Very pleased with the work and are hoping to enlist the team to pave the drive and K render the front of the building next!
